What the host sent this morning, and what it did not

Coverage is at the top of every page, because a channel that failed is not the same as a morning with nothing owed.

What it keeps, what it never does

The ledger

  • People, and the addresses that turn out to be the same person.
  • Every introduction as an object: who made it, who owes the next move, since when.
  • Every claim stamped with the message it came from, word for word.
  • What the host sent and what it did not, per channel, per day.

No tool exists for any of these

  • Sending or drafting mail in your mailbox.
  • Writing to your calendar.
  • Merging two people because the names match.
  • Inking a proposal without your tap on a page.
  • Deleting evidence. A removal writes a tombstone.
  • Looking a person up on the public web.
  • Holding a password or a token of yours.

  • 25 syncs per install, each up to 100 threads or 256 KiB. The count does not reset; when the 25 are used, sync stops and nothing is charged.

Questions, answered

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to remember people. Say “remember that Sam prefers a call” and it does; no import, no titles, no setup. If your work arrives by referral, the introductions you owe are the first thing it shows you.
Does Rolodex read my email?
No. Your agent reads it, the way it already does, and sends the threads that look like introductions. Rolodex never holds a mailbox password.
What does it keep?
The message ids, the people on the thread, the dates, and the one line that proves the claim. Not the bodies. Your agent re-reads the mailbox when it needs more.
Will it ever send anything?
No. There is no tool for sending, so your agent cannot pick one by mistake.
What happens after the 25 syncs?
Sync stops, and nothing is charged. Your ledger stays readable, export stays open, and the tools that do not count toward the 25 keep working.
